Monitor market movement, pricing trends, supply-demand balance, and competitor activities
Prepare and submit regular reports on market situation, sales performance, and commercial insights
Support medium- and long-term business planning and strategic analysis
Work on customer and market databases to identify business opportunities and market direction
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to understand market feedback and business requirements
Support customer satisfaction improvement and commercial communication activities.
