Chuyên Viên Mua Sắm / Procurement Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Indirect Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and purchasing of non-construction goods and services, including marketing services, office supplies, IT equipment, facility services, and other professional services. The role will ensure cost-efficiency, supplier quality, and compliance with internal procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities

o Manage end-to-end sourcing process for indirect/ non-construction categories

o Develop supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance

o Negotiate contracts and pricing terms

o Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs

o Ensure compliance with company procurement policy and ethical standards

o Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements

o Initiate and upkeep price data, vendor data

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in indirect procurement or purchasing

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

• Knowledge of procurement tools (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.) is a plus

• Fluent in English; good communication and interpersonal skills
