Chief Accountant (Kế Toán Trưởng)

Finalize all accounting report and management report;

Supervise the accounting department to complete full tasks of accounting report and management report, reconciliations, and ensure monthly statement closing, including separated and consolidated financial statements;

Final check and ensure all tax reports Monthly/Quarterly VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT in compliance with tax regulations regularly reconcile book accounts with Tax Department and work with local tax office;

Work with auditors to complete audited financial report;

Work with bank for relvant works;

Ensure staff training and employee development. Review tasks of general accountants and payment officers;

Review and recommend better approach to existing accounting procedures and accounting system;

Cooperate with other divisions to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines;

Assist the production and distribution division to prepare the budgets and all reports for the movies;

Assist CEO, Head of Divisions, and other managers in budget preparation and expense management;

Review company’s contracts to verify terms and conditions for the company;

Other duties as assigned by CEO.

Graduated from University or higher majoring in accounting, corporate finance, auditing;

Certified Chief Accountant;

Having at least 03-year experience as a chief accountant in an FDI enterprise, and from Fintech (P2P lending) is a plus;

Have in-depth knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Management at the enterprise;

Understanding of State standards and regulations in the fields of accounting, finance and tax;

Skills in synthesizing, analyzing, and controlling corporate finances;

Experience working with related parties: Tax, Customs, Audit.
