Key Responsibilities
• Support monthly payroll processing, including accurate income data preparation, deductions (insurance, tax, leave, etc.), and coordination with payroll vendors (if any) to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
• Monitor and administer social and health insurance, personal income tax registration, and dependent declaration on a periodic basis.
• Build, develop, and maintain the employee information system (including HRIS) to optimize data retrieval and reporting efficiency.
• Manage and oversee labor contracts and outsourcing agreements, ensuring full compliance with internal processes and labor regulations; provide recommendations to enhance HR operational effectiveness.
• Ensure company practices comply with Vietnam labor laws and related regulations.
• Maintain and organize employee records in both soft and hard copies.
• Provide consultation and support to employees on labor laws, insurance policies (compulsory & voluntary),
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience with payroll outsourcing, ideally from a consulting or HR service firm
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle and process data effectively
• Excellent time management and work planning skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with numbers
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and common HR-related tools
• Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law, Personal Income Tax, Social Insurance and Health Insurance regulations
• Handle sick leave and maternity
