    Job description

    Seasonal Campaign Design & Strategy:

    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to seasonal events and trends, such as holidays, peak sales periods, and market opportunities.
    • Align seasonal campaigns with overall business objectives, ensuring they resonate with customer interests and drive sales.
    • Plan and schedule seasonal promotions, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely execution.

    Campaign Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sellers and account teams to identify high-potential products and brands for campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales targets and business goals.
    • Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams to develop engaging marketing materials, creatives, and messaging for the campaigns.
    • Manage the implementation of campaigns across various channels (e.g., website, social media, email) to maximize exposure and drive traffic.

    Campaign Tracking, Analysis & Reporting:

    • Monitor the performance of all campaigns in real-time, tracking metrics like engagement, conversion rates, traffic, and sales.
    • Analyze data to gain insights into campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities for future campaigns.
    • Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, successes, and areas for optimization, presenting findings to the Campaign Strategy Leader and relevant stakeholders.

    Campaign Optimization & Testing:

    • Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements (e.g., offers, visuals, copy) to find the best-performing strategies and maximize results.
    • Continuously analyze data and feedback to optimize ongoing campaigns, aiming for improved engagement and ROI.
    • Experiment with new approaches and channels to enhance campaign performance and reach.

    Category & Brand Targeting for Sales Growth:

    • Collaborate with the sales and account teams to select key product categories and brands to promote for revenue growth and meet sales targets.
    • Ensure all campaigns are designed to effectively target selected categories and brands, aiming to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
    • Develop tailored campaigns to boost sales of chosen categories and achieve specific KPIs.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

    Experience: At least 1 - 2 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a related role. Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, or retail marketing is a plus.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, CRM software).
    • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple seasonal campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with sellers, account teams, and cross-functional departments.
    • Data-driven and analytical mindset for interpreting performance metrics and making strategic campaign decisions.

    Creative & Strategic Approach: Ability to think creatively in designing campaigns and develop strategic plans for seasonal promotions and category/brand growth.
