・Develop business strategy:
- Analyze the market, competitors, and pharmaceutical consumption trends.
- Propose and implement business plans by region, product, quarter/year.
・Manage sales team:
- Train, monitor, and evaluate sales staff performance.
- Develop KPI, reward and punishment policies, and a development roadmap for the team.
・Manage customers & market:
- Maintain and develop relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and distribution channels.
- Expand market share by finding new customers and taking care of existing customers.
・Coordinate with related departments:
- Work with Marketing, Legal, Production and Supply Chain departments to ensure product supply and effective implementation of business programs.
・Report & evaluation:
- Synthesize and analyze business data; Report periodically to the General Director. - Propose improvements and adjustments to the plan when necessary.

- University degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of Business development and sales experience and business strategy in the pharmaceutical industry
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, distribution channels, pharmaceutical laws, and related regulations.
