Mô tả công việc:

  • Develop long-term business strategies and market development plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Propose strategies for expanding domestic and international markets (if applicable).
  • Manage the product portfolio, including: Modular houses; Wood & Metal structural components; CLT construction timber; Glulam; furniture products,.., and adjust according to market trends.
  • Direct and supervise sales operations to ensure sales targets.
  • Develop pricing policies and sales policies suitable for each market.
  • Coordinate with departments to optimize business processes.
  • Seek, expand, and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners.
  • Build a network with distributors, investors, and sales channels.
  • Negotiate and sign contracts with key customers and investors.
  • Build, train, and manage the Business Development & Sales team.
  • Establish KPIs and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
  • Motivate and encourage the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and periodically report business performance to the CEO.
  • Propose solutions to improve business efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in the business of furniture products and wood products; CLT wooden construction components; Glulam; metal structures for export modular houses; domestic and export projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior wooden furniture products, wood products, wooden structures, and metal structures.
  • Good knowledge of import-export operations and procedures.
  • Strong planning and organizational management skills; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with quick and accurate decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, International Economics, or equivalent majors.
  • Fluent English communication skills (writing, listening, and speaking).
  • Ability to adapt well to a high-pressure working environment.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a background in construction and distribution (representing international corporations in the Vietnamese distribution market), or candidates who are Engineers or Architects.
