Mô tả công việc:

Sales & Business Development
Promote gaseous fire suppression systems to data centers, IT facilities, telecom operators, and industrial clients.
Build and maintain strong networks with consultants, M&E contractors, and facility managers.
Pursue project-based opportunities and participate in tenders/bidding processes.
Achieve sales targets and market penetration objectives.
Market & Product Development
Conduct market research on data center growth and fire protection trends.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to enhance product positioning.
Represent the company in industry seminars, exhibitions, and customer workshops.
Customer Engagement & Support
Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical submissions for fire suppression projects.
Provide pre-sales consultation and post-sales support for customers.
Ensure smooth project handover with operations and technical teams.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain project database and sales pipeline reports.
Regularly update management on project progress and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal design and technical teams for project execution.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Experience Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of sales & marketing experience in handling projects related to fire suppression systems, preferably in data centers and critical facilities.
Academic Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, or related field), or Business Administration/Marketing with strong technical sales background.
Diploma holders with relevant fire protection industry experience will be considered.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of gaseous fire suppression systems and related standards.
Familiarity with data center operations and fire safety needs.
Good technical understanding with ability to present solutions to clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Customer-focused, target-driven, and proactive.
