Business Development Executive

1. KOLs/KOC Collaboration

• Research & Selection: Research, analyze, and propose suitable and influential KOLs/KOCs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Partnership Execution: Proactively contact, negotiate, manage contracts, and track work progress with partners.
• Content Consultation: Provide content direction for KOLs/KOCs to ensure consistency with the brand's messaging.
• Measurement & Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of collaborative campaigns, compile data, and generate regular reports.
• Analyze new business opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including KOLs and important IBs.
• Work closely with the marketing team, content team, and management to drive company growth.

2. Event Organization & Media Relations

• Events: Assist in planning and executing brand events, ensuring all stages run smoothly and effectively.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, reporters, and media partners.
• Material Updates: Regularly update press releases, media kits, and other essential communication materials.

• Experience: At least 1- 2 years of experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the finance, e-wallet, agency, crypto, or forex industries.
• Strong strategic thinking and business analysis skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in the investment/trading industry is a plus.
