Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

1. Business Analysis & New Product Research (Initial Stage):

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new product opportunities in Vietnam for current shops.
  • Gather and synthesize information from various sources (online, industry reports, local contacts) to provide high-level insights about our business and industry.
  • Assist in preparing brief reports and presentations on initial findings, highlighting key takeaways relevant to business decisions.
  • Understand basic market dynamics and consumer preferences for new product concepts.
  • Introduce ideas about more shops that increase company footprint

2. Executive & Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize the executive's complex calendar, including scheduling, confirming, and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange all aspects of business travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls, drafting responses as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).

3. Translation & Meeting Facilitation:

  • Provide accurate real-time translation during meetings, phone calls, and informal discussions.
  • Attend all necessary business meetings as a translator and assistant, ensuring clear communication and understanding between parties.
  • Assist in cultural nuances and business etiquette during interactions.

4. Admin Task

  • Provide on-the-ground administrative assistance by accompanying the executive to appointments, errands, and other required engagements.
  • Handle routine administrative duties including bill payments, document submissions, and tasks related to residency and other local regulations.
  • Support the executive in navigating daily logistics in Vietnam by offering local insights and practical guidance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with personal, legal, or sensitive information.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Only male candidates is acceptable
  • 3–5 years in administrative or executive assistant roles.
  • Experience in market research or business analysis.
  • Native Vietnamese; excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and time management.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and reliable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant tools.
  • High discretion and integrity.
  • Adaptable to dynamic environments and varied tasks.
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese culture and services.
