Required

• From 2 to 5 years of experience in product or service planning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English both writing and conversation.
• Experience in planning and operating web service.
• Ability to implement service plans with a strong focus on customer experience.
• Enjoys learning and acquiring about new domain knowledge.

Preference

• Proficient in using Figma effectively.
• Strong collaboration skill with developers and various departments
• Excellent proposal and planning documentation skill
