Business Analyst

1. Business requirement analysis & solution design

• Work directly with business teams, Product Owners (POs) and stakeholders to analyze requirements and convert them into business and technical documents.
• Build User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes and Flow Diagrams according to business and technical requirements.
• Experience in solutions related to service integration with partners.
• Experience in the field of payment linkage of banks or payment intermediaries is an advantage.

2. Scope and change requirements management

• Stick to the scope and monitor changes during the development process.
• Evaluate the feasibility of change requests.
• Work with business teams and POs to prioritize important features in each development stage.

3. Documentation and Guidance Development

• Develop documents:
• SRS (Software Requirement Specification)
• BRD (Business Requirement Document)
• User Guide and Training Document
• Develop and maintain Backlog on project management tools, such as Jira.
• Guide the development team on business requirements and support when there are differences in features.

4. Product Testing and Acceptance

• Develop and support the QC team in writing Test Cases, Test Scenarios.
• Check and evaluate deliverables to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.

5. Coordinate with stakeholders

• Work directly with:
• Business team to clarify requirements.
• PM to plan development.
• Development team to implement solutions.
• QC/QA to check product quality.
• Participate in daily Scrum/Agile meetings (Daily Standup)

• 3+ years of experience as a BA in the software or IT field.
• Have participated in software development projects (Web/Mobile).
• Have knowledge and experience in Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum, flowchart/process design tools.
• Have experience in system integration, interface connection with external systems, application development on middleware platform, working on data warehouse, data mining.
• Have knowledge of SOA, BPM, Cloud, Microservice architecture.
• Nice to have communication and teamwork skills.
• Have worked in fields such as: Fintech, E-commerce
• Candidates with relevant certifications, such as: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) – IIBA, PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Agile Business Analyst Certification
