Brewing Technician (Da Nang Brewery)

• Operate Brewing control system as brewery's production plan.
• Trouble shooting in assigned production area.
• Do quality check in process sample as sampling plan.
• Ensure all activities in shift must be recorded and reported to superiors. and to other operators of the next shift to follow.
• Implement the periodical cleaning in Brewing section to make sure maintaining the cleanliness of the in-charged areas.
• Measure, analyze samples and in-putting into the Qualass to make sure beer is produced according to the approved norms
• Monitor parameters of ' First time right' process to maintain quality of beer.
• Perform as a substitute whenever there is absence of other technicians or lack of manpower.
• Liaise with supervisors of other sections for beer hand-over, maintenance or repair purposes to maintain production continuous.
• Work on shift (8 hours/shift)

• College/ University graduate in Food Technology/Chemistry, knowledge of brewing process
• Prefer candidates who have 1-2 years of working experience in beer/beverage industry
• Basic technical knowledge (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)
• English communication and reading and comprehension technical English terms
• Good at computer skills (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel..),
• Careful, high disciplined awareness.
• Teamwork and learning agility
