Branch Manager (Chinese/Ha Tinh) (26400)

-Lead overall branch operations, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and P&L management.
-Develop business strategies and sales plans targeting local customers, especially in steel and industrial materials sectors.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients in construction, steel, and industrial sectors.
-Monitor market trends in Ha Tinh Province and adjacent areas; identify new business opportunities and promote expansion.
-Collaborate with headquarters and other branches to ensure alignment of strategic goals and operational standards.
-Oversee branch administration, logistics, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
-Drive team performance, mentor staff, and cultivate a customer-focused, high-performance culture.

-Bachelor’s degree in trade
-At least 3 years sales experience in trading company
-Speak Taiwanese or Chinese (Upper-Intermediate Level)
-Speak English (Conversational Level)
