Mô tả công việc
- Lead an engineering team of 5 members to develop and maintain excellent products.
- Proactively discuss and consult the Product Owners, Marketing team to ensure that the technical point of view is brought into consideration while planning and growing the products.
- Collaborate with other responsible people for the relevant products to ensure that the technical solution is optimum and best fit to the latest move architecture.
- Manage and support team members to become a high performing engineering team.
- Coach engineers to adopt best practices
- Collaborate across teams with regards to overarching technical concepts and practices
- Participate in the full development cycle: design, development, QA, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You’ll be reviewing code, writing design docs, giving feedback on product specs and mocks, and generally helping out wherever is needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Understanding of blockchain concepts and experience working with blockchain platforms like Ethereum or Aptos.
- At least experience 1 year at same position
- Familiarity with smart contract development using Solidity or Move languages.
- Knowledge of Web3.js or similar libraries for interacting with blockchain networks.
- Understanding of decentralized finance protocols and concepts, such as lending, borrowing, decentralized exchanges, and yield farming.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- English: good at reading technical texts, medium at writing.
