Assistant to Deputy General Director (Garment)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Assistant to Deputy General Director (Garment, $700, ID 19366)

• Act as interpreter for the Vice General Director during meetings and discussions with clients.
• Prepare necessary documents, presentations, and materials for client meetings.
• Arrange meeting schedules, business trips, and flight bookings for the Vice General Director.
• Handle general administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Vice General Director.

• Gender: Male/Female, under 30 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an interpreter or executive assistant to Deputy General Director, in the garment manufacturing industry, preferably within textile or dyeing factories.
• Fluent in English (4 skills); proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong skills in both consecutive and written translation, especially in meetings and technical documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and office administration.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience working in a factory/manufacturing environment is required.
