Architecture Engineer (Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, 16 - 22Mil Gross)

Support design development from concept to completion

Visualize ideas using AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc.

Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, consultants, and authorities

Review and understand architectural and technical drawings

Assist in MEP coordination and authority submissions

Conduct meetings with clients, tenants, and contractors

Guide tenants on compliance with landlord standards

Join site inspections and advise on defect rectification

Prepare related documents, forms, schedules, and reports

Degree in Architecture or related field

4–5 years of relevant experience

Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office

Knowledge of MEP systems

Good communication & coordination skills

Strong time management & teamwork

Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable

Interior/fit-out experience is a plus

English (intermediate)
