Architectural Designer (Kiến Trúc Sư Thiết Kế)

• The Architectural Designer will work under the direction of Architectural Design Manager.

• He/she will play a role as a Project architect in leading and running assigned projects in Vietnam and abroad.

• Produce/draw technical and detailed design drawings for project in Korea or abroad after Concept design team finish concept design.

• Assist/Guide/coordinate with Korean design team to develop design ideas/design solutions to comply with Vietnam building codes

• Assist Design Manager to manage the project schedule and control the design process, bear the ultimate responsibility for project success

• Make 3D perspective and Revit model, Rendering, Video clip and various presentation report

• Other duties/jobs assigned or requested by the superiors

• Graduated from Universities specialized in related field.

• Minimum of (4) years’ post BSc qualification experience

• Good skills in making 3D modeling, rendering, video clip and presentation materials

• Good skills in Autodesk, and BIM design & making Revit model

• Proficiency in Photoshop, 3D software, Excel, PPT, SKP, etc

• Ability to prepare architectural documentation complying to Vietnamese building code

• Willing to work overtime

• Proficiency in speaking / writing English is preferred
