- Accounting and Finance Operations (70%)
・ Handle monthly payments (document preparation and organization, coordination with main bank)
*・Prepare various reports (submission to government authorities and internal reporting)
→ External: Cash Flow Report, Cost & Sales Report, Check Sheet, etc.
→ Internal: Quarterly and semi-annual labor status reports, investment activity evaluation reports, etc.
・Prepare project-related documents such as contracts, invoices, quotations, completion reports, and expense sheets.
→ Monitor progress and coordinate with sales staff to prepare invoices and project completion reports.
→ Communicate with clients via email and phone regarding project documentation from start to completion.
→ Manage and organize data and documents for each project.
・Prepare and manage FS Reports.
→ Manage receipts, overhead costs, and expenses for each project on a monthly basis.
・ Handle quarterly VAT and PIT tax declarations and monthly FCT tax payments.
・Manage overseas payments (royalty loans, reimbursement of advances, etc.)
・Prepare and issue commission certificates for consultants under monthly outsourcing contracts.
・ Coordinate with the Japanese headquarters and the regional head office in Thailand.
- General Affairs and Labor Management (20%)
・Manage attendance and payroll for BConVN employees (both HCM and Hanoi offices), and handle labor-related matters.
・Support audit procedures (coordinate with auditing firms and accounting consultants).
・Handle social insurance matters:
→ Prepare and submit applications for enrollment, adjustment of contribution amounts, and increase/decrease in participants.
・Manage BaoViet health insurance and business trip life insurance for employees.
・Arrange regular health checkups and health-related activities.
・Purchase and manage necessary office supplies (company PCs, mobile phones, office equipment, stationery, etc.)
・Purchase and manage SIM cards for company use.
・Liaise with government officials as necessary.
- HR Recruitment Support (10%)
・ Support recruitment activities: → Create job postings, coordinate with recruitment agencies, schedule interviews, and communicate interview results.
・Prepare and submit offer letters and probationary contracts for new employees.
・Prepare and manage employment contracts and related appendices for staff.
・Update information in the HR management system (MBO results, salary changes, employee personal information, etc.) → Based on quarterly MBO (performance management) results, calculate bonuses, prepare appendices, and handle insurance adjustments.
・Prepare and submit documents for foreign employees (work visa, work permit, TRC, support for opening bank accounts, etc.)

Education: Uni Grads (Candidates who have graduated from a four-year university in Japan will be given priority.) Language:Japanese N2~
MUST:
・At least 3 years of work experience in accounting and finance at a Japanese company.
