    Key responsibilities & duties:
    The Administration Supervisor oversees the administrative operations of a department or organization, ensuring that office processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves supervising administrative staff, managing office supplies, coordinating office activities, and supporting management in administrative tasks. The Administration Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a productive and organized work environment.
    Supervision and Leadership
    • Supervise and lead administrative staff and cleaners/gardener providing SOP, guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    Office Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
    • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
    • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.
    Administrative Support
    • Assist Managing Director for claim fee based on the invoice
    • Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for business trips.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
    • Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, emails, and phone calls..
    Financial Administration
    • Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping.
    • Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
    • Monitor and track departmental expenditures.
    Policy and Procedure Implementation
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Conduct regular reviews and updates of administrative practices.
    Customer Service
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing information and resolving issues.
    • Maintain professional relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    College/ bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
    Experience:
    • Proven experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
    • Experience managing a team and handling office management responsibilities.
    Skills:
    • Strong Administration and management skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Good written communication and writing skills in ISO policy and procedures relating to Administration
    Work Environment:
    • Primarily office-based, with occasional travel for meetings or events.
    • Standard working hours, with potential for overtime during peak periods or special projects.
