performance marketing innovation. We’re looking for a smart, curious, and hands-on Ad

Operations & Performance Marketing Specialist to run digital campaigns, optimize funnels, and

collaborate with a global team across data, media buying, and tech.

This role blends digital marketing execution with light front-end skills and gives you real-world

exposure to U.S.-based eCommerce and lead-gen campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Launch, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across eCommerce and lead-generation funnels

• Track performance using platforms like Everflow, Google Analytics, CRMs, and Shopify

• Update landing pages and email creatives using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic level)

• Apply AI tools (like CTRWOW and automation scripts) to speed up setup and focus on optimization

• Convert campaign data into performance reports and clear action steps

• Collaborate with internal and external teams across time zones, entirely in English

What You Bring

● Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (Python is a bonus)

● Familiarity with launching and optimizing digital campaigns for performance or lead-gen

● Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work that aligns with goals

and KPIs

● Experience using ad tracking tools, analytics dashboards, or CRM platforms

● Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical items to non-technical

teams

● Business-level English proficiency (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
