AsiaMotions is hiring Freelance Activity Instructors! Join our mission to inspire students through outdoor education, games, and teamwork. Lead fun, non-technical activities, ensure safety, and help create unforgettable experiences. Net 650k/day with travel, meals, and training covered.
Manage groups of students
Lead ice‑breaker games
Lead non‑technical activities
Follow safety and safeguarding guidelines
Load, set up, and take care of equipment
Support the team in all circumstances

Prior experience with students in Outdoor or Education settings
Fluent in English (B2+)
High stamina for long outdoor days
Certified in basic First Aid (can obtain the certificate before joining program)

Net daily rate: 650,000 VND for beginning level
Transportation, accommodation, F&B, and daily travel insurance covered during programs
