A. Position Purpose:
In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating with customer and internal team follow up order status from beginning to shipment & payment.
B. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive orders through AMIS system/email/WeChat or other channels and enter them into the system.
• Communicate with customers about specific requirements, information about goods, delivery date,
payment, shipping arrangement, etc. related to the order.
• Organize order information to ensure accurate, timely and comprehensive delivery to the corresponding
production department, arrange production and closely follow up the order status with relevant
departments.
• Check the material information to ensure that the materials meet the order requirements, and
communicate with the procurement team to purchase materials.
• Follow up payment-related matters, arrange shipments and handle and follow up special circumstances.
• Feedback abnormal situations to customers or value streams in a timely manner, and actively seek
solutions.
• Monitor the inventory of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.
-Salary: Negotiable
-Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (alternate Saturday are half-days, but full Saturday work may be required in case of urgent tasks or events)
-100% salary during probation
