Responsibility 1: Category Management: Develop and implement the strategic sales plan of in-charge Category.
- Make reports and implement Category Management to have an understanding of the in-charge category under the direction of the team leader and director.
- Keep updated with market trends through research and analysis, and evaluate the market to identify customers' needs and product trends.
Responsibility 2: Merchandising Management
- Ensure daily, and monthly tasks are fulfilled.
- Manage the performance of the in-charge subcategory effectively in terms of sales, profit, commission, rotation days, inventory, promotion, product assortment, quality of products, planning, and allocation.
- Manage the in-charge sub-category's Vendor through negotiating and cooperating in trading terms, pricing, promotion, activations, and others to ensure strategic cooperation as well as ensure the performance of the charge category.
- Cooperate with related teams (GS, PB, POG, Product team, MKT, OPD, etc.) to source, develop new products, and optimize the in-charge category structure.
Responsibility 3: Bottle Bunker (BTBK) Project Handling
- Manage and develop more different varieties of 4000++ SKUs
- Seasonal/Monthly planning in detail or special event for BTBK
- Following Market trends to do Strategic Planning to attract Customers.
- Update Product information & build up thematic/lifestyle corners innovation.
- Cooperate with related teams on VMD, ISP, Wine Map, Layout even special events of BTBK
- Preparation for New product launching
Responsibility 4: Reporting
Timely and complete reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) as assigned.

Academic Level: Bachelor
Major: Economics, Business Administration
- 3-5 years of working experience in the retail industry and related categories.
Expertise:
- Have knowledge of in charge category
- Have knowledge and experience in FMCG, F&B, the Horeca sector, Company's field of retail industry.
