Mô tả công việc:
- Inbound Logistics: Receive, inspect for damage/discrepancies, and accurately process all incoming packages and materials against packing lists and internal documentation. Sort and place items into designated storage locations following established procedures.
- Outbound Logistics: Prepare customer shipments according to order specifications and dispatch schedules. Accurately pick, pack, label, and verify items to ensure correct and on-time delivery. Support the efficient handover of completed shipments to transport providers.
- Packaging & Palletizing: Pack goods using appropriate protective materials, ensuring all products are sealed, labeled, and marked correctly. Stack and secure palletized loads (using stretch wrap/straps) to maintain stability and proper weight distribution.
- Material Handling: Safely move goods and palletized materials between storage, staging, and dispatch areas. Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles, utilizing manual or powered warehouse equipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Inspection & QC: Conduct pre-dispatch inspections to identify damage, incorrect labeling, or packing errors. Promptly report any damaged items, packaging issues, or non-conformities to prevent shipment errors.
- Inventory Accuracy: Participate in stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities. Assist in monitoring inventory movements and tracking warehouse consumables, reporting low stock levels to the supervisor.
- Systems & Records: Use warehouse systems, scanners, or handheld devices to accurately record and confirm operational transactions. Maintain precise documentation (packing slips, shipment logs) for all receiving, packing, and shipping activities.
- Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse and workstation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, logistics staff, and supervisors. Provide proactive support to team members during peak periods and urgent operational needs. Ensure clear communication regarding any issues affecting material flow.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in warehouse operations, packaging, shipping, or related logistics work. Preferred experience includes hands-on receiving, packing, palletizing, and inventory support.
- Education: High school diploma, vocational certificate, or equivalent qualification. Training in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with standard warehouse tools and equipment. Basic knowledge of WMS, scanners, or inventory tools. Ability to accurately interpret and follow packing instructions, shipping labels, and procedures.
- Physical Requirements: The ability to regularly and safely lift and move goods up to 25 kg. Must be able to stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods. Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and support shift-based operations where necessary.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, disciplined, and punctual.
- Teamwork: Good communication skills and a cooperative team player.
- Independence: Capable of working independently on routine operational tasks.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, e-commerce, or supply chain.
- Certified experience operating a forklift or pallet jack (where legally permitted).
