Warehouse & Distribution Manager (CFS - Bonded Warehouse - Fluent English) ~ 35 - 40M [25095 - Bien Hoa, Dong Nai + D.2, HCM]

- Operations Management: Oversee all warehouse functions—receiving, storage, order fulfillment, delivery, and inventory control. Implement SOPs for consistency and quality.
- Planning: Develop operational plans to ensure smooth workflow between warehouse teams and other departments.
- Team Management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable work culture.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs like accuracy, turnover, and on-time delivery, and implement improvements.
- Accuracy Management: Ensure meticulous inbound, outbound, and inventory accuracy across numerous SKUs.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain safe, regulation-compliant operations.
- Returns & Reporting: Manage returns and prepare regular reports on warehouse activities.
- Cost & Compliance: Monitor P&L and optimize costs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Leadership & Problem-Solving: Address complex issues creatively and communicate solutions effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

* Working time: 8 AM - 5 PM Mon - Fri

* Work location: Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai
（HCM: 10% and Dong nai: 90%）
・Ho Chi Minh City: An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City (District 2)
・Dong Nai Factory: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalence
- 5 - 10+ years of proven experience in warehouse operations management, distribution, transportation.
- English: Upper-Intermediate Level(TOEIC Level: Minimum 750)
- Strong computer aptitude and proficiency with WMS, TMS and Microsoft Office
- Warehouse management experience in CFS warehouse in logistics and warehouse companies.
- Warehouse management experience in a distribution center with a high number of SKUs(100~)
