Visa Case Officer/ Assistant

Solis Lawyers is an Australian Lawyers company with headquarters in Sydney, specialising in Australian Immigration and criminal Practice. We serve a large clientele in both Australia and Vietnam.

We are currently recruiting experienced Visa Case Officer/ Assistant to join our team at Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh offices.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting the managing Director to prepare and manage client files.

- Contact clients to collect documents as per checklist and evidence to prepare applications.

- Ensure all client files are properly followed up, documented, and filed in accordance with the prescribed manners and systems…

- Drafting Australian legal documents (Forms, Statutory Declaration, submissions…) according to each subclass and its requirements

To be considered for the advertised positions, we expect the candidates to possess and be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

- Minimum age: 26 (born in or before 1999)

- Excellent English language skills (IELTS test at 6.5 overall or equivalent in other English language test(s))

- Bachelor’s degree: English/ Literature or any equivalent qualification

- Proven experience in administrative and clerical tasks for at least 2 year on full-time basis in English speaking environment

- Having experience or exposure in/to similar fields including immigration services, English translation, or visa application handling is highly considered.

- Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.

- A can-do attitude and enthusiasm to acquire new knowledge and skills

- Having a background in legal work and/or study is preferable but not a must.

Salary Range:

From 10 million VND and up to 20 million per month plus allowances and performance bonus,

plus commission of 5% of each case that you refer to the office.

- Working time: Monday - Friday, 8.00 hours/day, Saturday 8.00 - 12.00, 44 hours/week.

- Default bonus, sickness leave, wedding, maternity, and other regimes as prescribed by the Company and the law

- 12 days of leave per year according to the provisions of Vietnam laws

We are recruiting 3 positions of Visa Case Officers/ assistant for our office in Ho Chi Minh City.

This position will commence on now in 2024. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to enjoy a 2 month comprehensive paid training.

Successful candidates will enjoy a remuneration package in accordance with their experience and capability. The base salary package starts from 10 million VND or more per month to 20 million per month, with the opportunity to negotiate a paid package that reflects your true talent and experience. If you have 2 years of similar experience and the requirement has been met.
