User Acquisition (Fresher)

We are looking for a User Acquisition (Fresher) to join our team and drive user growth for our mobile games. If you are data-driven, passionate about marketing, and eager to explore the mobile gaming industry, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and user analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns for mobile games across various platforms (Mintegral, Google Ads, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize business efficiency.
• Analyze advertising data and in-game user behavior to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Optimize App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies based on market insights.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to develop engaging ad creatives.
• Prepare and analyze reports to assess performance and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams during different product development stages.

• Level: Fresher – Full-time, no prior experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English (written & spoken) to collaborate with international teams.
• Passion for and willingness to grow in the mobile gaming/app industry.
• Knowledge of the global mobile gaming market and emerging advertising trends is a plus.
• Final-year students or graduates with a degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
