Chi Tiết Công Việc

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):- Ensure compliance with Vietnam’s national HSE regulations, industry standards, and company HSE policies.- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations at operational sites.- Organize and deliver safety training and awareness programs to site staff and contractors.- Maintain documentation and reporting of HSE performance indicators (e.g., near misses, incidents, corrective actions).- Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure safety equipment is maintained and compliant.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):- Act as the liaison between the company and local farmer cooperatives and communities.- Plan and implement community development initiatives aligned with the company’s CSR strategy.- Facilitate agricultural extension services, training programs, and livelihood improvement projects.- Monitor and evaluate CSR project outcomes, ensuring alignment with SDGs and company commitments.
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG):- Support ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting for Vietnam operations.- Assist in implementing ESG frameworks, including stakeholder engagement and materiality assessments.- Contribute to environmental monitoring (e.g., waste, emissions, water use) and social impact assessments.- Support audits, third-party assessments, and customer sustainability requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) – mandatory as per Vietnamese regulations for HSE roles.
2–3 years of relevant experience in HSE, CSR, or ESG roles.
Experience working with rural communities, farmer cooperatives, or development programs is preferred.
Knowledge of Vietnam’s HSE laws, CSR best practices, and sustainability reporting.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital tools for data tracking and reporting
