- Management and operation: Assign, supervise and evaluate the work of team members, ensuring operational efficiency
- Performance management: set goals, monitor process and evaluate team performance, propose solutions for improvement
- Training and development: guide, train new employees, improve skills and professional knowledge for the team
- Reporting: synthesize, analyze and report the group's business results to superiors
- Coordinating: work with relevant division to ensure the smooth running of the individual loan process
- Problem solving: handle problems arising during the work process, ensuring the interests of customers and the bank
- Other tasks required by the Branch Manager
- Age: 25-40
- Bachelor degree and above in Economics, Banking & Finance, Business and other relevant courses
- At least 2 years working experience as the same position
- Having sales experience in mortgage loan and car loan is preffered
- Efficiency in English or Korean is a plus
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday
