- In corporation with department managers, evaluate strengths and weaknesses of employees to determine training requirements.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
- Develop curriculum and instructional materials tailored to the organization’s needs.
- Create engaging and effective training sessions, including e-learning courses, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Deliver training programs to employees at all levels.
- Use various training methods and technologies to facilitate learning.
- Assess the impact of training programs through feedback and performance monitoring.
- Make necessary adjustments to improve training strategies and outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in employee development.
- Commit to ongoing education and professional development to enhance training methods.
- Form and lead the internal training group.
- As required by manager
Education
- Bachelor degree in related field (human resource, education, business, communication,…)
- Proficiency in MS Office and content management system or e-learning software
- Competent English communication
Experience
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
Experience in conducting cost-benefit analysis
