Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Trade Marketing (70%)
  • Developing and executing the Trade Marketing & Promotional Plan in line with brand objectives and managing the retailing A&P budget.
  • Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.
  • Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
  • Analyzing both internal and external sales (Sell-Through, Sell-Out) to identify distribution gaps, threats, and opportunities for the channels / retailers.
  • Working with Demand Planner to monitor and improve accuracy of category sales forecast by channel & chain, in accordance with the monthly forecast schedule.
  • Planning and managing the planograms, in-store visibility following brand guideline and concept.
  • Identify sales gaps and work with the retailers to propose close-gap measures.
  • Monitor and report competitive activities to track frequency and types of promotions taking place in various trade sectors, documenting such activities for analysis, reporting and future referencing purposes.
  • E-commerce (30%)
  • Support the execution of brand campaigns on e-commerce platforms
  • Coordinate content creation for product listings, banners, landing pages, and promotional tools aligned with brand standards.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Key Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in in trade marketing, e-commerce, or brand marketing (preferably in beauty/FMCG).
  • Strong understanding of retail channels, shopper behavior, and in-store execution.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with sales/market analysis tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven personality with passion for beauty and consumer brands.
