What You'll Do

• Create and lead TikTok marketing strategies tailored to each brand.
• Manage TikTok Shop listings and daily operations.
• Find and coordinate with creators and influencers (Vietnam & USA) for short-form content and video campaigns.
• Run and optimize engaging TikTok campaigns (organic + ads).
• Follow TikTok trends, track results, and improve performance.
• Work closely with our data, branding, and management teams.

Who We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in TikTok marketing or working with influencers.
• Prior experience crafting short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Familiar with TikTok Ads Manager and popular trends.
• Organized, creative, and comfortable with basic data analysis.
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
