Analyze TikTok algorithm trends and adjust content/listing strategies accordingly.
Track KPIs (click-through rates, conversion rates) and report to HQ with actionable insights.
Liaise with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics) to align campaigns with inventory.
4. Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Digital Marketing, IT, or E-commerce.
Experience: 2–3 years in social commerce (TikTok Shop/Shopee preferred) or performance marketing.
Skills:
Proficiency in TikTok Creator Center/Shop backend tools.
Basic data analytics (TikTok Business Suite, Google Analytics).
Project coordination with agencies for live-streaming.
Fluent English.
