Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

Manage and operate the TikTok Shop storefront: upload, update, and optimize product information.
Monitor the entire order fulfillment process: from order placement and shipping to post-sale customer service.
Collaborate with the marketing and livestream teams to execute effective sales campaigns.
Develop promotion plans, flash sales, and participate in TikTok’s special deal programs.
Stay up to date with beauty industry trends, platform policies, and consumer behavior on TikTok.

Yêu cầu công việc:

The candidate must have a university degree and at least 1 year of experience managing a store on TikTok Shop.
Proficient in using TikTok Seller Center and office tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Strong analytical thinking, proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and good teamwork skills.
Candidates with experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry or with beauty-related products are preferred.
Knowledge of content creation and viral trends on TikTok is a plus.
