Job Description

1. Telemarketing

• Contact the customers and invite them to join the exhibition
• Update data information.
• Send emails and reply to emails for customers
• Remind customers to attend the exhibition

2. Data Entry

• Copy and key in data

4. Others

• Complete other administrative tasks as needed.
• Supporting the team for logistical and administrative tasks
• Arrange transportation and accommodation for customers
• Find quotation and prepare document to payment for vendor

Required Qualifications & Skills:

3rd, last-year student or fresh-graduated is preferred
Ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Availability to commit to a 3 months internship.
