Technical Support Engineer

• Directly handle breakdowns, provide technical consultation and support to dealer technicians and customers.

• Carry out the company’s after-sales activities: machine delivery, maintenance, warranty, and repair services.

• Perform warehouse-related tasks such as maintaining machines in stock, preparing machines for handover to customers, and assembling parts of newly arrived machines.

• Participate in training courses and proactively improve technical skills and expertise.

• Perform tasks as assigned by the team leader/service director and take responsibility for the assigned work.

• Graduated from vocational schools, intermediate, college, or university with majors in Automotive Engineering, Construction Machinery, Heavy Equipment, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience in repairing construction machinery such as excavators, wheel loaders, rollers, etc.

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate well with the sales department.

• Good health and willingness to travel for business trips.

• Having a driver’s license is an advantage.
