Technical Support Engineer

Engineering support for sales department, job details will be assigned by considering with
character and technical capability as follows:
• Provide HVAC solution for customers, Heat load calculation, AC Model selection
• Answer technical questions from customers
• HVAC installation/Design check
• Make drawing for basic & detail design,
• CFD simulation
• Solve technical problems
• Collaborate internally to make training, showroom, leaflet, presentation materials

• Bachelor degree of engineering (preferred refrigeration major)
• Have at least 2,3 year experience in HVAC contractor/sub-contractor (Supervisor or
CAD Drawing)
• Good at MS office, Auto Cad software
• Trustworthy, have passion and detail – oriented
• Good at communication, presentation
• Ability to work individual or as a team
• Basic communication in English
