Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10+ developers across multiple projects, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions in line with business requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and strategic direction for architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
  • Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other teams, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
  • Identify and address technical risks, roadblocks, and challenges to maintain project momentum.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their integration to enhance product development and team efficiency.
  • Experiecen and good knowledge in AWS and ReactJS is an advantage.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading teams of 10+ developers.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in [list relevant programming languages and technologies based on the role].
  • In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, promoting skill enhancement and professional growth.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, or large-scale system design.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Year of birth: 1990-1995
