Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for staff to senior-level positions across functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and define effective hiring strategies
- Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels (job platforms, networking, referrals, direct sourcing)
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 4 recruiters to deliver high performance for operator hiring.
- Ensure effective execution of high-volume recruitment plans to meet workforce demands
- Monitor daily/weekly hiring progress, ensuring timely and quality hires
- Optimize recruitment channels and processes to improve speed and efficiency
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness in the labor market
- Strengthen SAITEX’s employer brand across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Zalo, Facebook, job fairs and universities).
- Partnerships with universities, communities, and local stakeholders to build sustainable talent pipelines
- Develop recruitment marketing campaigns and engaging content that highlight SAITEX’s sustainable and innovative culture.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5–8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with 2 years at supervisor/ team leader level
- Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / retail or large workforce environments is highly preferred
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Good English communication (verbal and written).
- Working time: 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM, Mon to Sat (2 Sat off/month)
