Mô tả công việc:
We are seeking 01 Talent Acquisition Intern to help strengthen our recruitment team for our business growth plan with the following responsibilities:
- Assist in job posting execution.
- Looking for candidates for urgent jobs.
- Screen candidate resumes; organize and arrange interviews.
- Support recruitment programs.
- Assist in posting job advertisements, sending interview invitations and scheduling interviews.
- Help store and manage candidate information in the system.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Team Lead and Operation Manager
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Human Resource Management, Languages, Law, or related fields from Universities.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of human resources and recruitment.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- A pleasant and attractive appearance is a plus
- Good English skills.
- Can work under high pressure.
- Work full-time from Monday to Friday.
