We’re building a location-based immersive VR experience in Vietnam, where visitors wear a headset and walk through a physical space while seeing, hearing, and interacting with different virtual worlds. Designed as a new entertainment destination, the project aims to deliver memorable, story-driven experiences beyond traditional attractions. As an early-stage venture, it offers the opportunity to be part of the launch and growth journey from the beginning.
About the role
The Supervisor – Game Attendantis responsible for overseeing daily venue operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, supervising frontline staff, maintaining operational standards, and supporting the smooth execution of all VR and guest-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Supervision
Supervise daily venue operations and guest flow.
Ensure all opening, operational, and closing procedures are completed.
Monitor venue readiness and operational standards.
Coordinate staff assignments and responsibilities.
Ensure all SOPs are followed consistently.
Guest Experience
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Welcome and assist guests throughout their journey.
Handle guest inquiries and provide experience recommendations.
Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally.
Ensure guests receive safety briefings and operational guidance.
VR Experience Operations
Oversee VR session preparation and execution.
Ensure headsets and equipment are functioning properly.
Monitor gameplay and guest safety during experiences.
Support troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when necessary.
Team Leadership
Supervise Game Attendants and Casual Staff.
Provide coaching and operational guidance.
Support staff training and onboarding.
Monitor staff performance and attendance.
Conduct shift briefings and handovers.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
Conduct operational and safety inspections.
Respond to incidents and emergencies appropriately.
Complete incident reports and operational documentation.
Inventory & Asset Control
Monitor VR equipment, accessories, and consumables.
Conduct daily equipment checks.
Report damaged or missing assets.
Assist with inventory counts and stock control.
Reporting
Complete daily operational reports.
Record incidents, maintenance issues, and guest feedback.
Support management with operational reporting requirements.
Requirements
Essential
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, entertainment, gaming, attractions, or operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English communication skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and confidently operate digital systems, VR equipment, tablets, and related technologies.
Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Preferred
Previous supervisory experience.
Experience working in resorts, attractions, gaming centers, arcades, or entertainment venues.
Interest in VR, gaming, or immersive technology.
Additional language skills are an advantage (Russian, Korean, Chinese, etc.).
