Welcome and assist parents and students at the center’s reception area, ensuring a neat and professional environment.
Provide child care support during parent consultations.
Assist students in trial classes, ensuring a positive learning experience.
Support students during their time at the center, especially in the evenings and weekends.
Manage and engage with the Zalo community group: respond to parents’ messages, post weekly updates, and support general inquiries.
Conduct welcome meetings with new customers after contract signing: guide them on booking classes and using the Palfish app effectively.

Collaborate with the Academic Team to brainstorm and prepare engaging content for monthly Open Classes and Events.
Create lesson plans, teaching materials, and lead Open Class sessions directly.
Participate in events, brainstorm ideas, estimate costs, and create proposals for event budgets.
Purchase and prepare necessary materials and supplies for monthly events.
Draft event content outlines and schedules for the Design Team to create promotional materials (event calendar & posters).
Operate and manage classroom activities during weekend events.
Prepare cost reports and compile receipts after each event.

College or university graduate.
Experience in student care, academic support, customer service, or event organization (especially in English centers) is a plus.
Strong communication skills, enjoys working with children, available for evening and weekend shifts.
Good command of English.
Enthusiastic, proactive, responsible, and a good team player.

Salary: 10,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work at the company office: 25 Nguyen Thi Thap Street, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, HCMC
Working hours: Flexible 8-hour shift rotation, including weekends.
Prefer to work on weekends, off 1.5 days/week.
