Công việc
1.1 Pitching & Client acquisition:
Develop strategic solutions that address the client's business challenges/ goals.
Develop and write briefs based on client briefs and to address any issues/opportunities clients may have.
Propose creative directions to the creative team and provide input as needed during creative development to ensure that the strategic director is correctly translated into creative work.
Coordinate with Creative, Account to detail out proposal details, media plan
Coordinate with Business Partners (Esport, Podcast, School Connection...) to craft out integrated campaigns and unique solutions to clients.
Develop communication approach/plan.
Present and manage client relationships to win the deals and maintain long-term collaboration. Acts as a strong client and creative partner to drive the brand and business mission forward.
Lead the research to derive insights, measure results of campaigns and to explore new opportunities for clients.
Drafting the deck compelling and presenting persuasively in front of clients are a must. We welcome strategic planners with a strong artistic sense and a visual thinker.
1.2. Business development:
Build and continuously update the strategy and opportunity to help business to stay upfront in the agency's business. Tree-imc is an up-trending agency who always offers new solutions to clients and pioneers to integrate new tools to our IMC campaigns.
Engage with the agency's network and team members to spot out business opportunities and work closely with Business head and Client service for client approach and acquisition.
Manage and improve business brand assets: Credentials, Website, Social Media.. to establish Tree as thought leader in the communication industry.

At least 5 years experience in relevant industry with 3 years Knowledge in marketing, branding, strategic planning & communication channels;
Preferably from a diversity of planning background or experiences different forms of communications: from both ATL, BTL, Strategic Planning, Social Planner or Creative Planner.
Global ATL experiences are preferred.
In-depth knowledge about conducting consumer survey by qualitative & quantitative research; Strong data analytical skills and can use data to solve problems;
Critical thinking;
Presentation & explanation skills.
Excellent in English, both verbal & written communication.
Ability to work within a team & independently.
