Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and product displays (flowers, gift baskets) are attractive and appropriately arranged
Monitor orders from the online system and coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment
Work closely with flower and accessory suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure product quality
Conduct regular checks on store equipment and facilities; report and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed
Staff Management & Training
Develop and manage work schedules for store staff
Recruit and train new employees in accordance with the company’s standard processes
Provide guidance to staff on company culture, professional work attitude, and team collaboration
Supervise, evaluate employee performance, and provide support to enhance team capacity
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare and submit regular store operation reports to management (including order status, inventory, and staffing updates)
Propose improvements in product displays and operational processes to enhance brand image and work efficiency
Stay updated on industry trends and suggest new products or display methods to align with market preferences
Yêu cầu công việc:
Graduated with a major in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, purchasing, or team management (candidates with experience in retail, F&B, or fresh flower industries are preferred).
Proactive, hardworking attitude with a methodical approach to work, logical thinking, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to analyze, plan, and manage multiple priorities to meet targets and deadlines; creative in finding new solutions with a forward-thinking mindset.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment; candidates with knowledge of e-commerce are preferred.
Proven experience in team management with strong leadership skills, a results-driven mindset, and commitment to meeting or exceeding company targets and KPIs.
Highly collaborative with all departments, open-minded, and flexible in adjusting processes to coordinate effectively with other teams.
