Specialist, Responsible Sourcing (Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi)

Assessment:

- Perform SCoC assessments, periodic spot checks at assigned factories

- Monitor and track the CAP closure progress of suppliers under capacity building and development work

Development:

- Develop and deliver training to increase supplier’s awareness and their roles in managing compliance performance sustainably

- Implement development initiatives to assist sustainable development of suppliers based on the strategies and identified risks

- Support the implementation of Worker Well-Being programs at selected countries

Others

- Manage Third Party Auditors and consultants

- Collect and analyze data on request, ensuring data accuracy and completeness on the active platforms

- Support the creation of the Sustainability Report

Scope

- Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Taiwan

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Textile Engineering, or related field

- 5+ years’ experience in the same or related field with other reputed brands/retails/consultants

- Good Knowledge of Vietnam local labor laws & international standards, knowing the labor law in Cambodia, Indonesia and Taiwan is the plus

- Holds SA800 basic auditor accreditation

- Writing and speaking – English and local language

- Strong interpersonal skills and good analytical skills

- Good communication skills

- Candidates staying in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi will also be considered
