Operational Management:

• Oversee the management, operation, and growth of the project's social channels.
• Develop content plans aligned with weekly and monthly football events.
• Generate and publish content across the project's YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook channels.
• Build and supervise a team of collaborators, ensuring content quality and the effectiveness of products.
• Collaborate with the Digital and Content Teams to optimize digital marketing activities and campaigns.

Research and Development:

• Conduct market research to identify target customers and devise strategies to engage and attract users.
• Stay updated on platform regulations and explore new tools to enhance the efficiency of digital marketing activities.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the content production process for designated social channels.

Reporting:

• Analyze and report on performance metrics by campaign, week, or month to assess effectiveness and propose relevant adjustments for the social system.
• Monitor competitors' activities on social media channels and provide periodic reports (monthly or quarterly) to management and relevant departments to optimize marketing strategies.

• Must-have requirement: Have passionate about and possess a deep understanding of football.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing social channels from inception.
• Proficient in managing multiple channels and platforms concurrently.
• Diligent and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Creatively employ design tools to enhance content.
• Possess a keen aesthetic sense and innovative thinking.
• Proficiency in English is advantageous.
