Provide prompt supervision to ensure quality and timely completion. Supervise the construction of civil, foundation and buildings work.
Supervise the construction of works to ensure that it is complying with construction specifications, procedures and design requirements and standards.
Be responsible for site scheduling, coordination, and execution.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Be responsible to report progress for the work scope.
Highlight issues affecting time, cost and quality of the construction works.
Be responsible for coordinating design issue with consultants and contractors to ensure timely execution of the works on site.
Follow and implement the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and the Environment, Health, and Safety Management System of the Company.

Minimum Bachelor degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction Management from a recognized university.
Have at least 5 year site experience in the similar position in high rise building.
Have Certificates in site supervision, project management is priority
Strong experiences in finishing works
Willing work weekend and shifts works
Must be able to communicate and write in English fluently.
Possess positive attitude such as willing to learn, honest, dynamic and good working behavior.
Highly organized and detail-orientated.
Abilities to work in demanding and multi-tasking environments.
