Support RFC to prepare registration forms for alcohol, beer, and tobacco businesses, adhering to the formats provided by Legal Dept.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on alcohol, beer, and tobacco business activities to state agencies.
Maintain a timeline for document processing and response deadlines from state agencies for Legal Dept.
Prepare quarterly/annual sales reports of alcohol, beer, and tobacco.
Support RFC to check business premises rental contracts.
Store contracts according to company policy.
Prepare and submit data reports as requested by Line Manager.

Bachelor's degree inbusiness administration, Management, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience at similar position or a related field;
Basic knowledge of business operations of convenience store or related positions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Willingness to work hard in order to progress;
Problem-Solving and Multitasking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data reporting tools.
