Service Cum Maintenance Engineer (Không Yêu Cầu Kinh Nghiệm)

1. Job Overview
Service and Maintenance Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. This role involves working closely with customers, conducting preventive maintenance, and responding to service requests.

2. Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning:

• Install and set up machines/equipment as required.
• Conduct initial testing/commissioning and ensure proper functionality.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic faults.
• Maintain detailed service records and maintenance logs.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support:

• Identify and resolve equipment failures efficiently.
• Provide technical support to customers or internal teams.
• Ensure minimal downtime by resolving issues quickly.

Customer Service & Training:

• Train customers in equipment operation and maintenance.
• Consult customer concerns professionally and provide solutions.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure all maintenance work follows safety regulations and company policies.
• Use proper tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Working place: 182-184 Bui Ta Han, An Phu, Thu Duc (D2 Dist.), HCM

Working time: 6 days/week from 7AM to 4PM or 2PM - 11PM (WFH after 6PM)

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Industrial Engineering or Automation (or a related field).
• Open for fresh graduated
• Knowledge or experience with PLC systems.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good at English communication.
• Willingness to travel for on-site service visits.
• Possible shift work or emergency callouts
